Scherer Development has submitted new plans for the proposed apartment complex development on Amazon Drive to Pasco County. The plans, as well as the cover letter from their engineering firm, have been posted on the WeAre5533Strong.com website.

This evenings meeting with developer Chris Scherer and his attorney was quite an eye opener for everyone involved. Thank you to the hundreds of people who showed up to have your voice heard.
Chris Scherer has heard the communities voice loud and clear. Will that result in anything? Likely not. This is why it’s imperative that you reach out to Pasco County Commissioner Henry Wilson and let him know of your concerns.

Residents in the area have been notified about a public hearing in regards to the building of an apartment complex on Amazon Drive. Scherer Development as well as Pasco County officials will be attending this meeting to hear the voices and concerns of area residents.

Also, we’ve found out from Pasco County that Scherer Development is NOT REQUIRED to open up Amazon Drive through to Anaconda Drive as part of this project.
