Scherer Development has provided updated plans for the apartment complex development. That updated information is posted on the Documentation section of this website.

Also, we’ve found out from Pasco County that Scherer Development is NOT REQUIRED to open up Amazon Drive through to Anaconda Drive as part of this project.
